Four million people were receiving anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in low- and middle-income countries by the end of 2008.  At current survival rates, most of these patients can expect to live another twenty years or mabout 15 more years ore if they continue to receive treatment.  The scale-up of treatment to daytoday implies a long-term commitment to continue support well into the future.  This website provides tools and analysis to improve understanding of the extent of that commitment.
